INGREDIENTS

1.25 oz Crown Royal Black

.5 oz lemon juice

.75 oz simple syrup

1 egg white

INSTRUCTIONS

Glassware: Rocks Glass

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake well. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

  3. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
