.75 oz Lime Juice

.50 oz. Peppermint Schnapps

.25 oz. Simple Syrup

Ginger Beer to Top

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Strain into a Highball over fresh ice and top with Ginger Beer.

  2. Garnish with Mint Bouquet
