INGREDIENTS
2 oz Crown Royal Vanilla
5 Egg Yolks
½ Cup of Sugar
1.5 cups of Milk
1.5 Cups of Heavy Cream
1 teaspoon of fresh nutmeg
INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl, whisk together 5 Egg Yolks with ½ cup of sugar.
In a pot, heat 1.5 cups milk, 1.5 cups heavy cream and 1 tsp. fresh grated nutmeg to a simmer.
Slowly whisky the hot milk into the egg mixture
Put the whole mixture back on the stove at medium heat and whisk for 5 minutes.
Once all the ingredients are fully mixed, add 2 oz. of Crown Royal Vanilla for every 4 oz. of eggnog.
