1 oz. Crown Royal Northern Harvest Rye

.25 oz Crown Royal Regal Apple

.5 oz. fresh lemon juice

.5 oz. simple syrup

1 dash(es) pimento bitters

1 egg white(s)

Grated nutmeg

INSTRUCTIONS

Glassware: Coupe Glass

  1. Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake well and strain into a chilled coupe glass.

  3. Grate nutmeg for garnish (optional).
