INGREDIENTS
2 oz Crown Royal Vanilla
.5 oz simple syrup
.5 oz lemon juice
.25 of a pear, diced
1 piece of vanilla bean, about an inch long
INSTRUCTIONS
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the vanilla bean and pear.
Add whisky, simple syrup, and lemon juice.
Put ice in the shaker and shake well.
Strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with pear slice.
